Important Note
To all Managers, Parents and
Participants travelling to Athlone:
We have been advised that good time
keeping is essential as events will not be delayed for
any reason. Events will start at their designated time
and car parking is on a first come first served basis.
Once the inner car parks are full, you will be turned
back to the outer car parks some of which are up to a 25
min walk from the competition areas. Note also that
there are no drop off areas, so it will not be possible
to drop off your competitor and return to park. Please
be in good time for your event!

Access to Athlone Campus
- Opening Times
- The campus will be open to spectators, visitors and non
resident competitors from 9am to 9pm (or end of competition).
- Admission Charges:
- Adults: €10 per day
- Children: Free
- Family Weekend Ticket : €30
- Identity Badges and Wrist Bands
- All competitors, managers and volunteers will be issued
with an ID badge and wristband by the area secretary before
travelling to Athlone.
- These will be issued as soon as they are received.
- These items are needed for admission to the campus and
participation events.
- If a competitor arrives without wristband/id badge
he/she will not be allowed to compete.
- There is a €5 charge for replacement of lost/damaged
wrist bands or id badges.
